Adult Scott's Oriole T-shirt

The Scott's Oriole male resembles the male Baltimore Oriole, but has yellow where the Baltimore has orange, and a different tail pattern. It breeds in the American west and southwest, as well as in western Mexico, and winters in Mexico. This species prefers arid, scrubby habitat, and is found from low elevation desert to scrubby foothills and mountains. It has declined by about 40% in population over the last 50 years due to habitat loss.
