Shipping policy

We will do everything we can to assist our clients with everything in our control. If a package is misdelivered or lost, we urge our clients to first contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they can provide a quick resolution. However, if the shipping carrier is unable to locate a missing package, or does not accept responsibility for a misdelivered or lost package through no fault of a client, our printing company generally offers a replacement or a refund when Sancta Natura is notified within 3 weeks of the missed estimated delivery date.
