Adult Flame-throated Warbler T-shirt

The Flame-throated Warbler is a small bird that is exclusively found in high altitude cloud forest in the Talamancan mountains of Costa Rica and western Panama. It has mainly been pushed to patches of protected habitat, as the majority of the forest on which it relies has been converted to farmland in recent centuries. It depends on the ecosystems created by the large montane oaks, such as Quercus copeyensis/Quercus bumelioides (possibly conspecific), and Quercus costaricensis.
